Yes I have installed the latest driver and already done all the things listed in that link. when I open sound control panel on the playback tab it says "no audio devices are installed" and from the update driver in the device manager I get the following message No Audio OUtput Device is installed I've already tried updating the driver, but the solution did not work and none of the other sollutions are possible for me to even try.
