I am stuck, i can't play Cities Skylines because without mods, the game is too basic. I just bought Cities Skylines for Windows10 on Microsoft Shop, there is in the menu a section List of mods in the game, but how to get mods and import some into it? On Steam website, it is precised that you have to suscbribe the mod to download it, but then after suscribing the mod where to click to download it?

This is nothing to do with Steam Downloader and the API, and everything to do with the publisher of the game not enabling those who don't own the game on Steam to download workshop mods.
